This post is a little late - my dad and I hike the "Hope" trail last week. I forgot my Astro but we are going to do it again so I will give more detailed trail info next time we go.
We started out at the archery range up Squaw Peak Road in Provo Canyon and hiked up to Hope Campground. It was steep enough that we got our workout ;)
